A couple of months ago, I was traveling to Lanai, Hawaii. I did not take my usual time packing and stuffed my clothes into my suitcase. I normally put my clothes in dry cleaning bags where they stay wrinkle-free, but not this time. When I started unpacking, my shorts and shirts were wrinkled but not bad enough to make me want to iron them. I found some Downy wrinkle release in the closet where I was staying and sprayed it on my clothes and hung them up. Not only did the product smell nice, but it did what it said it would do. The wrinkles came out and kept my clothes soft. Wish it were that easy to take away the wrinkles on my face!

I received the first bottle in my stocking and decided to try it on my husbands work shirts - I was so suprised it works! Spray - tug and your done - It has been 7 months now and I haven't ironed since, honestly it does work!

I agree with what others have said...why can't we find it in stores? I was tickled to find how well it worked when it first came out; then it seemed to disappear. I'm so happy to see it's available again! So useful for quick touch-ups---like taking out the creases where seat-belt comes across!

Downy Wrinkle Releaser is the best thing since "sliced bread". I use it ALL the time. Not onloy for wrinkles but also because it smells so good and fresh...especially when they smell like smoke. This is one of the best products I have used. Unfortunately it is impossible to find it in any of the markets lately. I have checked Von's, Ralph's and others in my neighborhood. I think this product needs to be marketed better. It has saved me hours of ironing.

I REALLY HATE to iron! To find a product that I LOVE and helps me be wrinkle free is a MIRACLE. It helps me safe time getting dress. I'm always traveling all over the world telling my friends and family about this product. When I went to Chile to a cousins wedding, my uncle had his jacket wrinkle and was mad that he did not have time to send it out to the dry cleaner or it had not been iron. I used my spray on his jacket and everyone was amazed at the result, I had to leave my bottle with him after I left back to USA. Thank you for your continues help, Karen

I think this is the greatest product ever. My son agrees and uses it constantly and also takes it with him when he travels. It's soooo much easier than ironing. I don't understand why it's so hard to find in stores. Get that Marketing Dept. of yours on the stick and get this product out there. Once people realize what a good product it is I'm sure the stores will keep it in stock.

I've used this product for years! I found out how good it was when I used it on a Ralph Lauren Linen blouse and it came out perfect! I use it on everything from T-shirts to cotton dresses. People just give me a blank look when I tell them they don't have to iron. Now all my clothes look nice. I used to wear wrinkled T-shirts on Saturdays because it was so much trouble to iron them. Now, I always look like I've been ironing. This is a fabulous product and stores need to always have it available.

I love this product! And yes, I hate to iron. I recently discovered that it works great in the dryer, on the touch-up cycle. I had just unpacked my suitcase from a trip, and a number of my knit tops were badly wrinkled, even though I had not worn them. So I sprayed them lightly with Downy Wrinkle Releaser and threw them into the dryer for 15 minutes on the touch-up cycle. Viola! They came out beautiful! Thanks for such a great product.

I love Downy Wrinkle Releaser! I started buying it as soon as it came out. It is great for traveling, convenient and really works! I have introduced this product to a few friends of mine. They were skeptical at first but became believers after trying it. I also agree with the other lady who says it is hard to find and that it needs to be marketed better. Sometimes I will buy a bottle when I see it so that I don't run out. Downy should send samples to colleges and have them put in the school welcome materials (the stuff that normally goes in bags during orientation). Once the kids try it, this product would fly off the shelves! Put coupons in the Sunday newspaper coupon inserts for a lot more exposure. Maybe even run a contest as to the shirt that was wrinkled the most and after using Wrinkle Releaser what it looked like. There are some opportunities that are being missed. Since you are the only player in this market, Downy can own this product! By the way - What happened to the other scent of Wrinkle Releaser?

Comon Downy, We need to be able to run in to an acme or albertson's or target and get a bottle when we run out. Is it that it dosen't stay in stock? Or are the orders low. I'll come work for ya. Put me in a commercial. I even found a way to put a crease into my husband's police pants and shirts with this stuff....thanks

I have been buying this product since it first came out. Unfortunately, it has become quite difficult trying to find a store that still sells it!!! The wrinkle releaser has cut down my ironing considerably....more advertising for this product might be necessary.

I have been using Downy Wrinkle Releaser for a few years now and love it. I use it everyday, beats ironing. I have a son that is stationed in Germany and unable to get it, so we went there on vacation and brought him three bottles. Now it looks easier to get it on-line. I had trouble finding it some times. But, we will keep using it as long as we can get it.

Can a person still buy Downy Enhancer or Downy Advanced? That product had wrinkle releaser mixed in with fabric softener. I thought it worked very well and was super easy to use. I am amazed at all the great products that don't survive in the marketplace (at least in the major stores). Like others writing reviews, I would recommend that the marketing people at P&G try harder to educate the public about their great products. Then if the products don't sell enough in the stores put them on this online store, where the crazy informed consumers can get their hands on them.

This product is great! I'm not very diligent about folding clothes, so my garments often end up crumpled and wrinkled. I don't even own an iron and hopefully never will! I was very frustrated that I could no longer find this product in stores, so I'm delighted to be able to order it online! And the travel size is great b/c I often complain about leaving home w/ my shirts smooth and getting to work w/ them wrinkled in the process of commuting. You've made my day!

love this stuff. have been using it for years. when it first came out i got it in all the stores now there is one fabulous store that still carrys it. don't know what i would do otherwise. Get it in more stores, if I move I might not be able to get. oh by the way I have a fussy husband that had to iron everything using it and he loves it so do the kids. thanks

I always tell my friends about this product and often try to buy a bottle for them just to get them started--and to prove how great it really works. I would love to see the larger bottles in the stores--I can get the little (16.9 oz) bottles in Wal-Mart, but but I use them up too fast--I don't own an iron. I would love to see big(ger) refill bottles--less plastic to recycle. Thanks!

I have been using Downy I think since it came out. Even when I need to iron Downy Wrinkle Releaser makes it a breeze! Why is it no longer available in the local stores? I have Walmart, KMart, CVS, Eckerd, Rite Aid and even Price Chopper which I use to be able to purchase at all of them and now none of them have it. Please do not tell me it is in process of being a discontinued product!

I also LOVE this product! My husband & I use it constantly at home and for travel. I have probably told 30 people about it, including people I hardly know. It drives me crazy that you cannot get large refill bottles in stores. What's up with that?

I am dismayed that WalMart, Kroger, and other stores in my area of southwest MS no longer carry this product. I do hope that I can continue to order on line and hopeful that you will successfully be able to market this product again.

I have just tried your product 2 weeks ago, and i'm quite taken by it. The only problem is i can't find any store that carries it. Its not in the supermarkets, not even target, especially the pharmacies. I think it may only be available in select suburban groceries in jersey. I wish you could market it around manhattan. I cannot find this in any markets since moving to SoUtah. I love this product; I am of the old school of ironing many clothing garments and this makes ironing 100% cotton a breeze! I realize many do not iron after using it, and that's O.K. too.

We have such a hard time finding it in our local Manhattan stores that I order it by the case. I don't understand some of the negative reviews I've read. I think this it's practically life changing! Downy Wrinkle Realeaser is amazing!!! This product has made my life so much easier. It saves time and stress. My vacation was a real vacation thanks to Downy - no ironing. You can feel good about wearing linen again because with Downey you know you'll look great (wrinklefree) all day! I have several bottles open at home, one in my desk at work.... I live in a small town and have no trouble finding the smaller bottles at KMart. When I travel to Erie (60 mi) I always stop at Target to get the larger bottles. I didn't realize you could buy it online until today. I ordered a case! My kids like the product too. My teenage daughter wears a lot of those thin cotton T's that are always wrinkled even right out of the hot dryer. They're hard to iron with all the printing and embelishments. No problem with Downy - just spray and go!

I don't understand why this stuff is so hard to find! It is amazing! My husband and I travel a lot, we can't unpack without it. Cruise ships do not allow irons! Also, I work for an interior decorating firm, I design high-end draperies and window treatments...everytime I install draperies, I bring along Downy wrinkle releaser to relax the inevitable wrinkles that appear during handling. My husband and I even check grocery stores when we're out of town because none of our local stores sell it. I can't live without it! I haven't ironed in so long, I don't even remember where my iron IS!

Shame on you, Downy, for pulling (or allowing to be pulled) the absolute BEST product in the world from store shelves and THEN charging outlandish shipping charges. You guys did not even alert consumers that they would not be able to find DWR in stores anymore, but instead had us all running around like chickens with our heads cut off looking for it everywhere. That is not good business ettiquette....but the product is FANTASTIC! I hope you guys can find a way to get it back into stores (or at least just one store such as Target or Walmart or something like that). Until then, I will be a loyal mail-order customer...because I can't even imagine my life without this stuff.
